Please review proposed change to our by laws, which will be discussed and approved by vote during our September General Membership Meeting.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED BYLAWS AMENDMENT

Please be advised that the Jasper PTSA Bylaws are proposed to be amended to *specify the discounted $4.00 local dues amount for Jasper High School staff memberships*, resulting in total annual dues of $10.00 per staff membership.

The proposed amendment will be presented for a membership vote at the September Membership Meeting.

*Current section to be amended:
Article VII, Section 2.B.*

B. Annual dues for each member shall be the sum of national dues plus state dues plus the local dues amount of $13.50 (individual); $5.00 (each additional family member); *$4.00 (Jasper High School staff member).*

NOTICE OF PROPOSED STANDING RULES AMENDMENT

Please be advised that the Jasper PTSA Standing Rules are proposed to be amended to strike out (remove) Section III, item H as it is duplicative of Section II, item G.
