Families, Staff, and Students, please complete this form if you or a loved one is a veteran of the armed forces. One form should be submitted for each veteran. All submissions are due by November 4, and this form will remain open until November 4, 2024. Your veteran will be highlighted in our presentation to students and staff on November 11, 2024.
